Our Primary Care Network is set across 2 surgeries in the Portsmouth North area, The Drayton Surgery and Kirkands Surgery, with a total patient population of 33,000.

From clinical assistance and medication reviews, to holistic and welfare support, the main goal of our team is to provide better access to care for our patients, by identifying any needs that may not require GP attention.

In Portsmouth North PCN, we have a whole array of roles from Pharmacists to Link Workers, all of who are striving to deliver a multi-disciplinary style approach to caring for our local population.
